Merry Christmas

This holiday season was filled with lots of fun as a family as well as with our friends overseas with us! We celebrated Jesus' birth in so many ways and Eli is now at an age that he understands more and more.  During one of the conversations I had with Eli about Jesus' birthday and Christmas, Eli began to get frustrated. I asked him what was the matter. He said "No, Jesus can't have his birthday until after Christmas, after we open presents first, then He can open presents". Ha ha, I guess he is still a little too young to completely understand.

Eli, Karis, Morgan and Micah
Winter Wonderland came to one of the malls here....
Had to take Karis' picture on the igloo because every time we put her on the floor she would eat the fake snow!
The best family photo we could get, Christmas Eve!
Karis would like to say a big thank you for everyone that wrapped her presents in wrapping paper, not only was it a big hit every single day leading up to Christmas but she also got to enjoy it Christmas Eve as she was allowed to finally open the presents!
Eli totally understood the concept of opening presents this year and was so excited every time he found a present with his name on it!
Enjoyed this Christmas with my baby girl!
I think Eli is more excited about the gift he gave his sister... a whale for the bathtub!
Such a fun Christmas with these two!
Showing his sister how to play the dinosaur!
Christmas morning we went to our friend's house for breakfast... and boy was it good!
The kids did a small Christmas play, Eli was a wise man to begin with but turned shepherd when he realized they got to carry sticks!
Such a fun time to be with friends!
After all these parties and celebrations... this baby had had enough!
Merry Christmas, From our family to yours!

Your kids are at such a fun age for all the gifts and it is really fun when they really understand what Christmas is all about. Eli makes one very cute shepherd!!
